1. It's AI, and it can be wrong

Strategy Roast is a free tool by Ville Tikka. Four AI roasters, running on Claude by Anthropic, ask the questions and write the roast from your answers, web search results and the AI's own knowledge. Check the facts before you rely on anything in it. It is not professional advice.

2. Your answers and your roast

Your answers stay yours. You let Ville use them to make your roast and, if you send it, to reply to you. Only enter what you are allowed to share. Share your roast and cards as you like, keeping the AI label. Ville never publishes your roast without asking you first.

3. Fair use

Don't try to make the AI break its instructions or Anthropic's usage policy, don't automate or scrape the site, and don't pass invitation links beyond the people they were meant for. Strategy Roast is meant for adults using it for their work, in countries where Anthropic's services are available.

4. Availability and liability

Roasts may be limited, and Ville may change or end the service at any time. It is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Ville is not liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer because of a roast. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

5. Law and disputes

Finnish law applies, and disputes with business users go to the Helsinki District Court. Consumers keep the mandatory law and courts of their home country. Nothing here limits your right to complain to a data protection authority, or to bring a data protection claim where you live. There is no arbitration. Email Ville first: most things can be sorted out that way.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
